Culture Mill
I have worked with Murielle Élizéon and Tommy Noonan, co-founder of Culture Mill, since 2012 and I have collaborated with them as a visual, set, costume designer and as a photographer. Together, we collaborated on many pieces, including The Engagement (2011), Wilderness (2013), Waiting For Pablo (2013), Brown (2016), American Heroes (2017),and They Are All (2019), both in Europe and in the USA.

Culture Mill was founded by Murielle Élizéon and Tommy Noonan in 2014. Their mission is to foster a creative ecosystem based in Saxapahaw, North Carolina, through the cross-pollination of artist residencies, educational outreach and groundbreaking immersive artworks from local, national and international artists.

We believe that gathering together and sharing knowledge and resources within these enclaves will improve both our artworks and our communities. We believe in culture as an ongoing creative process, and we seek to support and feed that process through our various programs and initiatives.”
